Full description

Rapid Grading System (RGS) is a complete, easy-to-use app for schools to manage student marks, attendance, and report cards — built for teachers, not just administrators. KEY FEATURES 📝 Subject-wise Marks Entry Enter FA1-FA4 and SA1-SA2 marks for every subject (Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social) with automatic grade and GPA calculation. 📅 Attendance & Working Days Track student attendance month by month. Set school-wide working days once — it syncs to every teacher's device automatically. 📄 Instant Report Cards Generate print-ready PDF report cards with school logo, signatures, grade summaries, and GPA — ready to hand out in minutes, not hours. ☁️ Real-Time Cloud Sync Marks entered by one teacher are instantly available to every other teacher's device after syncing — no more collecting paper registers or merging spreadsheets by hand. 👥 Role-Based Access Class Teachers, Subject Teachers, Principals, and Education Officers each see exactly what they're authorized to — subject teachers can only edit their own subject's marks, keeping data safe and organized. 📶 Works Offline Enter marks and attendance without internet — everything syncs automatically the next time you're online. 🗑️ Safe Data Protection Accidental deletions go to a Recycle Bin first, so nothing is ever permanently lost by mistake. 📊 Bulk Tools Add students in bulk, manage roll numbers, promote an entire class to the next academic year, and export to Excel — all in a few taps. 👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Lookup Sheet Share a simple, read-only lookup sheet so parents can check their child's attendance and marks anytime. Built by a working teacher who understands what schools actually need — RGS replaces scattered paper registers and manual Excel sheets with one simple, reliable app.
