REV23

From the makers of REV23 Desktop for Windows, trusted by studios worldwide since 2010, REV23 Cloud is the next-generation management platform built for tattoo, piercing, permanent makeup, microblading, and removal studios. Whether you're a solo artist in a private studio or running multiple locations across state lines, REV23 Cloud fits. Take bookings online and manage your whole calendar in one place. Customers request appointments from your booking link, you confirm and collect a deposit, and reschedules or rebooks happen without ever leaving the appointment. Replace paper release forms with fully digital consent forms that capture ID photos, medical history, and signatures. Set up a tablet kiosk for self-service check-in, or share your Web Sign link so customers can sign from their phone before they even walk in. Track every service from waiting room to completion. Log ink with lot numbers, jewelry details, needles, and aftercare products for every session. Smart suggestions based on your history and the customer's past sessions make documentation fast enough that it actually gets done. Build a waiting list and fill last-minute cancellations with Ideas: your consultation inbox, waiting list, and cancellation filler in one. Share a single link on Instagram and let customers submit project details, reference images, and availability. Ring up services, retail, and gift cards at checkout. Take card payments in person with a supported reader or online at booking, add tips, discounts, and surcharges, email itemized receipts, and handle refunds, store credit, and gift card balances in one place. Pay your team with built-in payroll. Track commission and tips per artist, close pay periods, and produce pay statements and payouts. See what's working with built-in analytics: busiest days, top services, customer growth, and acquisition sources. Bring your existing data with you. CSV import supports REV23 Desktop for Windows, DaySmart, Voluta, StabPad, and generic CSV. No setup fees. No contracts. Cancel anytime. Card payments are processed by your studio's own payment provider, so full card numbers never reach REV23. 15+ years of industry experience, rebuilt from scratch for the cloud.
