HotelTRS

Your entire hotel stay, in one app. HotelTRS turns your phone into your room key, your front desk, and your local guide. Staying at a hotel that runs on HotelTRS? Download the app and skip the queues — check in before you arrive, open your room with a tap, order to your table, and discover the best of the area. EVERYTHING YOUR STAY NEEDS 🔑 Your phone is your room key Once you've checked in, unlock your room straight from the app — no plastic cards to lose or demagnetize. Your digital key is created automatically for your room and works only for the dates of your stay. 📲 Check in before you arrive Complete your check-in and guest details from your phone and walk straight to your room — no paperwork at the desk. Guests staying in Croatia can also complete the required eVisitor tourist registration right in the app. 🗺️ A local guide, curated by your hotel Explore handpicked recommendations from the people who know the area best — landmarks, events, restaurants, wineries, patisseries and local shops your hotel actually recommends, so you don't have to dig through search results. Plan your visits and activities before you even check in. 🍽️ Order without waiting Browse the menu, book a table, and place orders from your room or your seat. Your order goes straight to the kitchen — no need to flag anyone down. 📅 Your reservations, always in reach See your stay details, dates, and room information at a glance. Everything about your booking, in your pocket. 🔔 Stay in the loop Get timely updates and reminders from your hotel — event notifications, messages from reception, and the things you need to know during your stay. 💬 Talk to your hotel Message the hotel directly from the app for requests or questions — no phone calls required. 🌍 In your language Available in English and Croatian. HOW IT WORKS HotelTRS is the companion app for hotels that run on the HotelTRS platform. When you book a stay at a participating hotel, you'll be invited by email. Sign in, and your stay — room key, check-in, dining and local guide — is ready and waiting. Don't want to use the app? No problem — your hotel can still check you in the traditional way. The app is here to make your stay smoother, never to get in the way. YOUR PRIVACY Your personal data is handled in line with GDPR. You can view what information your hotel holds about you, request a copy, or ask for it to be deleted — right from the app.
