JanaSethu is an internal family and scheme-management application commissioned by VRB Foundation for its authorized personnel. It helps staff maintain records, assess configured scheme criteria and track applications in one place. Family and member records Create and manage family records with household size, address and geographical details. Maintain member information such as date of birth, gender, family relationships, occupation and income. Aadhaar numbers are masked in standard member displays. Scheme and application tracking Manage scheme criteria, review member eligibility and track application progress, including applied, approved and rejected statuses. Record application dates and rejection reasons. Tools for Foundation staff View dashboard summaries, search records, filter families by location, import CSV records with validation and preview, and export reports. Authorized administrators can manage accounts, roles and module permissions. Restricted access JanaSethu is exclusively for authorized VRB Foundation personnel. An account supplied by a Foundation administrator is required. Public self-registration is not available. Internet connectivity is required to access and update records. JanaSethu supports recordkeeping and assessment against configured criteria. An eligibility assessment does not guarantee approval or receipt of benefits.
