Reppo is a training and nutrition app that gets out of your way. Pick a mode and the whole app changes to suit you. MEN — the full library. Push, pull, legs, or one muscle at a time, at the gym or at home. WOMEN — glutes, thighs and calves lead every session, the upper body is trained but lighter, and there are gentle sessions for period pain. WHAT IS IN IT • 133 exercises, every one with real photographs of the movement • A 7-day planner built around the days you can actually train • Gym, home and 10-to-30-minute sessions with no equipment • Yoga — a morning flow, an evening unwind, and a deep stretch • A food diary with 44,000 foods, Indian ones included • A Reppo Score. A workout is +5, a photo is +2, winning a round is +2. One rest day between workouts is free • Eight leagues, from Bronze to Titan. Every 50 points is a promotion • Head-to-head: one minute of push-ups or squats against somebody else, live, with both scores on both screens • Discover — post one photo a day.
