Full description
Running social media for more than one brand turns into an app by app scramble fast. RepeatPost is a social media scheduler built for creators, agencies, small businesses and marketing teams. Connect your channels once and write the post once. Every channel gets its own caption and its own character limit, and a live preview shows how each network will actually render it — the cropped image and the cut-off caption show up while you can still fix them. It covers 15 channels: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dribbble, WordPress and Google Business Profile. Mastodon works with any instance, including self-hosted. On X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Threads you compose real multi-part threads instead of one long block. HOW SCHEDULING WORKS Schedule a post for the exact minute, or drop it into a per-channel queue that runs on recurring slots you set once. Rescheduling is just moving the time, and anything that fails can be retried. Blank calendars are the enemy of a consistent brand; the queue keeps yours full. You can line up first comments before a post is even live: a chain of follow-ups, each on its own delay in minutes. That's how hashtags get out of the caption and into a comment that lands right after the post. WHO APPROVES WHAT Most social media apps assume one person, posting alone. RepeatPost assumes somebody checks the work first. Send a post for approval, and whoever reviews it approves or declines it with a written reason. Notes and @mentions stay internal to the team, and owners and admins get an audit log of who changed what. A hundred posts reviewed in one sitting beats a hundred email threads. Four roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer. Access is set per channel, per person — a freelancer can post straight to one account and need sign-off on another. Each client gets a workspace of its own. Switching takes two taps, and you can create a new workspace from your phone. THE REST OF IT Comments on your published posts land in one inbox, where you reply and resolve them without opening each network. Bulk resolve exists for the weeks when the backlog wins. Social media analytics without the spreadsheet: impressions, reactions, comments, shares and clicks, each charted against the previous period — for a channel, or for a single post. An AI chat sits inside the composer. It drafts captions, and it'll generate images and video when you're out of both. Manage one brand or a dozen client accounts — the planning, the scheduling, the approvals, the comment replies and the reporting all live in one social media app. Free plan to start. No credit card required. Connect an account and see whether it fits how you work.
