RENYU turns four weeks into something your whole company remembers. Your employer sets up a programme and gives you a code. You join, you get put on a team, and for four weeks you log the everyday things you already do: cycling in, taking the train, a meat-free lunch, buying second-hand, a litter pick on the way home. Each one earns points, and the points build your team's average. At the end, one team wins. They choose which charity receives the company's donation. WHERE THE MONEY GOES We work with three registered charities, and the winning team picks between them. International Tree Foundation restores forests and supports the communities living alongside them. Cheetah Conservation Fund protects cheetahs and the ecosystems they depend on, including the livestock guarding dog programme that keeps farmers and predators apart. Olive Ridley Project treats injured sea turtles and removes the ghost fishing gear that traps them. The donation is committed before the competition starts. The competition decides where it lands, never whether it happens. WHAT YOU DO Log an action with a photo. Build daily habits and keep a streak going. Work through short lessons on where emissions actually come from. Cheer your colleagues, watch the leaderboard move, and collect badges as you go. HOW THE SCORING WORKS A team's score is its total divided by the whole team, not just the people taking part. So a small team is never at a disadvantage, and everyone's contribution is worth exactly the same to their team as anyone else's. THE IMPACT FIGURES Where we show a number, it comes from published research or from the charity's own reporting. Where an honest number does not exist, we leave it out rather than estimate one. Planting a tree is worth doing. It is not worth a made-up figure. YOUR PHOTOS AND YOUR DATA Photos you upload are deleted automatically once a programme has finished. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at Profile, Settings, Delete my account. RENYU is provided through your employer and you will need a company code to join.
