RentHam is a verified rental marketplace for Nigeria and Zambia. Search live homes, book an inspection, pay through your local gateway, and sign a digital tenancy in one app. Tenants Browse reviewed listings. Chat with a landlord or agent only after you book an inspection. Pay rent to a verified account through Paystack in Nigeria or Flutterwave in Zambia. Sign your tenancy in the app. You can also book short stays. Landlords Complete identity verification, list a home with GPS-stamped photos, and receive rent into a verified bank account. Occupied units can be onboarded so your current tenancy sits on RentHam. Digital leases and in-app care if a dispute starts. Agents Represent landlords, schedule inspections, and earn commission when a deal closes. Commission tiers move with the deals you complete. Trust and safety Live listings are reviewed before they can take payment. Identity checks are required before a tenant can lock a home and pay. In-app support includes AI help and human customer care. Markets Nigeria and Zambia, with more countries as payment partners and operations are ready.
