Full description

EMDR Space is one of the most advanced bilateral stimulation apps available for Android. You can use moving visual targets on the screen, vibration, alternating sounds, breathing guidance, and relaxing themes. You can use just one of these, or combine them in the same session. What you can do with EMDR Space: - Connect the Wear OS watch app to get tactile stimulation through vibration on your wrist - Connect mono or stereo speakers to create left-right stimulation through sound and speaker vibration - Use your phone itself for tactile stimulation with controlled vibration - Add breathing exercises to the same session - Show the EMDR overlay on top of other apps, including YouTube - Create your own themes and customize the look and feel of your sessions - Connect other session devices such as a second phone or LED hardware - Adjust speed, timing, vibration, range, and audio to fit your preference The app is made for people who want more than a simple breathing app or sound app. It lets you build the kind of session you want, whether that means using only your phone, adding speakers, using a watch on your wrist, or combining several stimulation methods together. Everything is controlled from one place, and your settings stay on your device. No account is required.
