Ovisari - Daily Care Notes

Ovisari is a self-care-centered daily organizing tool. On the "Plan" page, you can write down three important tasks, check them off, rearrange their order, or move unfinished tasks to tomorrow; you can also establish habits and record your daily progress. The tools section offers categorized spinning wheels for eating, exercising, and playing, helping you make lightweight choices when indecisive; the mood support cards organize short steps like breathing, settling down, and immediate action, suitable for moments when you need to stabilize yourself. At night, you can use sleep-inducing scenes, ambient sounds, and a countdown timer to help your body gradually enter a restorative rhythm. The recording section supports one-sentence diary entries, weight and sleep records, and trend reviews, allowing you to keep track of life changes on the device and gradually see your own pace. Ovisari does not offer diagnosis or treatment advice; it simply helps you break down your daily care into small, recordable, and revisitable segments.
