Reports are stored on your phone and synchronized with nearby devices, so information keeps circulating even with no signal. • Post and browse citizen reports about missing, found or hospitalized people, with a photo, contact details and last known location. • Search by face: facial recognition runs on the device itself, without uploading the photo to any cloud. A match is a lead to keep searching, never a confirmation of identity. • See what other people report: trapped people, injured people and hazardous areas, as described by whoever posts it. The counter shows how many users confirmed that report; it is not an official verification. • Browse a directory of help links. Each entry states which site it comes from and can be opened on its original site. • Locate reports on the map and open them in Google Maps.
