Good Karma

Good Karma is a mobile app created by the Little Penguin movement to bridge younger and older generations so that the elderly can stay active, valued, and connected. Inspired by the Penguin Philosophy of resilience and community, Good Karma invites you to share your time, attention, and empathy to brighten the everyday lives of older adults. With Good Karma, you can join a social movement that: Supports happier and more meaningful lives for the elderly. Reduces loneliness and the feeling of being forgotten in old age. Builds real-life bridges between youth and elders through simple, concrete actions. The app’s mission is aligned with the spirit of the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing, which strives to reduce age-related stigma and improve quality of life for older persons. Together with Little Penguin, Good Karma aims to create safe spaces where elders can participate, be heard, and feel appreciated by families, volunteers, and communities. Join Good Karma and become part of a youth movement of kindness across generations. The small actions you take today can mean the world to someone’s “Oma” or “Grandpa” out there.
