Re-siteX: on-site Attendance

RE-SiteX by SmartNex The Intelligent Attendance & Workforce Control Platform for Construction Sites Introduction: The construction industry operates on tight margins, strict timelines, and large field-based workforces. Yet, one of its most critical processes—attendance and workforce tracking—is still handled manually in many sites. Paper registers, verbal reporting, WhatsApp photos, and Excel sheets are common practices. These outdated methods create serious problems such as attendance manipulation, wage leakage, lack of transparency, and zero real-time visibility for owners and vendors. The Real Problem in Construction Sites Across construction projects—whether infrastructure, steel plants, industrial units, or private developments—the same issues repeat daily Even when paperwork is “maintained properly,” the truth is hidden. Owners only see numbers, not reality. RE-SiteX exists to end this gap between reality and records. What is RE-SiteX? RE-SiteX is a smart attendance and site workforce management application created by SmartNex, specifically engineered for construction sites, field operations, and industrial projects. It allows supervisors to capture attendance digitally, ensures verification through AI and location data, and gives owners and vendors real-time access to workforce information—without installing any hardware. How RE-SiteX Works Simple for Supervisors A supervisor opens the RE-SiteX app and captures a single photo of workers present at the site. That’s it. Intelligent for the System The app uses AI-based logic and system validations to record attendance accurately. Each attendance entry is automatically linked with: Date & time Site location (GPS-based) Supervisor details Site/vendor mapping Powerful for Owners Owners, vendors, and admins can view attendance in real time through dashboards and reports—without waiting for manual submission. Key Features of RE-SiteX by SmartNex: 1. AI-Supported Attendance Capture Reduces fake entries and proxy attendance by ensuring real-time capture from the site. 2. GPS Location Tracking Attendance is linked to the actual site location, preventing off-site marking. 3. Offline Mode with Admin Control Attendance works without internet and syncs later with approval flow. 4. Real-Time Dashboard Owners and vendors can monitor: Daily workforce count Site-wise attendance Supervisor-wise activity 5. Tamper-Proof Digital Records Once attendance is submitted, it cannot be altered without admin permission. 6. Daily & Monthly Reports Instant access to attendance summaries for payroll and billing. 7. Multi-Site & Multi-Vendor Support Perfect for companies managing multiple projects and contractors. 8. No Hardware Required No biometric machines, RFID cards, or fingerprint devices. --- Why RE-SiteX is Different from Traditional Systems Traditional Attendance RE-SiteX by SmartNex Paper registers Fully digital Manual entries AI-supported capture No location proof GPS-tagged attendance Easy manipulation Tamper-proof system No real-time data Live dashboards Network dependent Works offline --- Benefits for Construction Owners Pay wages only for actual workers present Eliminate supervisor-level fraud Get full visibility across all sites Reduce wage leakage and disputes Improve operational transparency Make data-driven decisions With RE-SiteX, owners regain financial control and trust Benefits for Supervisors & Managers No paperwork or manual registers Easy attendance capture in seconds Clear accountability and role clarity The system simplifies daily site operations.
