If you don’t grant activity permissions, RealGrrt still works with generic recommendations, but it cannot tailor suggestions to your day’s activity. #Google Health Connect Integration RealGrrt uses Health Connect to generate tailored results in Personalised Recipes, Smoothies, and Menu SOS. We follow strict data minimisation and only request permissions that are critical to these features: > Activity Recognition & Active Calories: Used together to understand when you have been active and how much energy you expended. Personalised Recipes and Smoothies scale calorie targets and portion sizes to your recent activity. Menu SOS can prioritise meals that are more substantial after active days and lighter options on more sedentary days. Workout recovery suggestions appear when we detect recent activity. Health Connect data is used only to power these user-visible nutrition features and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. You retain full control and can revoke permissions at any time in system settings. #Subscriptions RealGrrt is free to download.
