When you turn it on, it reads your remote's d-pad keys (Up, Down, Left, Right, OK, Back) while the READYWARE overlay is on screen, so you can move between your on-screen buttons with the TV remote. It is off by default and optional. It does not read screen content or other apps, and does not collect, store, record, or share any personal data. You can disable it anytime in Android Accessibility settings.
