Full description
Reply reminder. Missed message tracker. Follow-up nudge. Reachback tells you who's been waiting on a reply from you — oldest first — so you never ghost someone you care about. Your phone delivers 50+ notifications a day. Important messages from real people get buried under group chats, spam, and promotions. You read it, intend to reply later, and forget. Three days pass. Now the delay itself feels awkward. Reachback fixes the intention gap. It reads your notifications privately on your device, identifies the people who sent you a message and haven't heard back, and surfaces them oldest-first. No manual entry. No account. No cloud. No internet connection — ever. WHO IT'S FOR → Adults with ADHD who forget to reply despite genuinely caring → Anyone overwhelmed by notification volume across WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, and email → People who want a follow up reminder without giving a third-party app their data HOW IT WORKS 1. Grant notification access once — Reachback explains exactly why before asking 2. Reachback reads notifications on your device, classifies real people vs. noise 3. See your Reachback list: who's been waiting, oldest first 4. Get a once-a-day nudge if someone has been waiting 3+ days 5. Swipe to clear when you've replied. Done. PRIVACY IN CODE, NOT JUST WORDS Reachback has no internet permission — enforced in the app manifest and verified by CI on every build. Your notification content never leaves your phone. No accounts. No tracking. No ads. No cloud sync. This is not a privacy policy promise — it is an architectural constraint. On-device AI drafting (beta): on supported Pixel 8/9+ and recent Samsung devices, Reachback can suggest a reply using your phone's on-device AI. The draft is generated by your phone's OS, not our servers. QUICK ACCESS → Quick Settings tile: see your Reachback count at a glance → Home screen widget: always-visible count without opening the app Free. No ads. No in-app purchases. Requires Android 14+. Notification listener permission required — used only to surface who's waiting on your reply. 30-day auto-purge. One-tap clear all data.

What's new

This update makes your list more accurate. Reachback now surfaces only the real people waiting on a reply from you, and keeps out promos, statements, and automated alerts. It also recognises messages from more apps, including Slack, Teams, and Discord. As always, everything runs 100% on your phone. No account, no internet permission, so nothing ever leaves your device. On-device reply drafting is in beta on supported phones.
