RAR-IP là nền tảng số hỗ trợ đăng ký, quản lý và khai thác quyền sở hữu trí tuệ (SHTT), quyền tác giả và quyền liên quan một cách minh bạch, an toàn và phù hợp pháp luật trong môi trường số. Ứng dụng được phát triển nhằm đồng hành cùng cá nhân, tổ chức và cộng đồng sáng tạo trong việc tối ưu hóa quá trình đăng ký, công bố và bảo hộ tài sản trí tuệ, đồng thời liên kết dịch vụ bảo hộ quyền SHTT để nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và khai thác. Tính năng nổi bật: - Hỗ trợ đăng nhập bằng định danh điện tử VNeID: RAR-IP tích hợp tính năng đăng nhập một lần (SSO) thông qua tài khoản VNeID nhằm tăng cường tính bảo mật và thuận tiện cho người dùng. - Đăng ký quyền SHTT, quyền tác giả và quyền liên quan dễ dàng: Đóng vai trò như một cầu nối thúc đẩy công bố và đăng ký quyền, hỗ trợ người dùng khai báo thông tin, chuẩn bị hồ sơ theo đúng quy định pháp luật. - Quản lý tài sản trí tuệ tập trung: Cho phép người dùng theo dõi, cập nhật và kiểm tra tình trạng pháp lý của tài sản trí tuệ trên một nền tảng duy nhất. - Chia sẻ & khai thác minh bạch: Hỗ trợ cộng đồng sáng tạo công bố, chia sẻ, cấp phép hoặc hợp tác sử dụng tài sản trí tuệ minh bạch, rõ ràng. - Ứng dụng công nghệ mới: RAR-IP ứng dụng công nghệ blockchain, AI và big data để tăng độ tin cậy, minh bạch và tự động hóa trong quá trình quản lý. Phù hợp với: - Cá nhân sáng tạo: tác giả sách, nhạc, ảnh, ý tưởng… - Doanh nghiệp, tổ chức sở hữu tài sản trí tuệ hoặc triển khai đổi mới sáng tạo. - Nhà nghiên cứu, nghệ sĩ, startup, nhà phát minh cần bảo hộ và thương mại hóa sáng kiến. Cam kết & định hướng: RAR-IP được phát triển với mục tiêu hỗ trợ cá nhân/tổ chức tiếp cận thuận lợi các quy trình đăng ký, bảo hộ và khai thác quyền SHTT phù hợp với định hướng chuyển đổi số quốc gia giai đoạn 2025–2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045. Ứng dụng hướng đến việc số hóa toàn bộ quy trình quản lý tài sản trí tuệ vào năm 2027, góp phần hình thành một nền tảng số tập trung minh bạch và hiệu quả tại Việt Nam.
