Rapitek CRM is built for sales and field teams who run their day from a phone. Everything you do at your desk fits in your pocket: leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes and orders. IMPORTANT: Rapitek CRM is a business application for companies. To use it, your company needs an active Rapitek subscription and a user account created for you. You cannot sign up or buy anything inside the app; your company administrator opens your account. Features marked "add-on" below are not part of every subscription — they must be added to your company's plan and granted to you by your administrator. IN EVERY SUBSCRIPTION — CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT • View, edit and create leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities • Follow tasks, events, calls and email history for a record in one timeline • Narrow lists your way with saved views and filters • Open quotes and orders with their line items, share the PDF IN EVERY SUBSCRIPTION — FIELD WORK • Visit check-in and location-based nearby records • Route planning • Save records to your phone contacts, capture a handwritten signature MESSAGING (add-on) • Reply to WhatsApp and Instagram messages from inside the app • Link a conversation to its customer record, assign it to a teammate • Unread counts, labels and internal notes The messaging module is purchased separately, and your WhatsApp Business and/or Instagram account must be connected by your company. BUSINESS CARD SCANNER (add-on) • Take a photo and a lead record is created automatically MEETINGS AND VOICE (add-on) • Meeting recording with automatic transcription • "How much did I speak versus the other side" analysis • Voice notes RAPI — AI ASSISTANT (add-on) • Create and update records by speaking or typing • Say "open a task for Mr. Ahmet tomorrow" and let it handle the rest AI-based features (Rapi, meeting transcription, voice notes, business card scanner) are billed per use and draw on your company's credit balance. If a module is switched off or you lack permission, those sections do not appear in the app; payment is not made inside the app but through your company's Rapitek agreement.
