ranes

Ranes - Built to support the crew doing the work. Ranes puts your team's daily work - time, forms, tasks, and risk management - on the phone in their pocket, and connects it to the office in real time. Built for field crews, techs, and site teams who need less paperwork and more clarity about what's due, what's done, and where they stand. Time, tracked accurately Tap in and out with one touch, with jobsite location automatically attached to every entry. See your live shift duration, switch between jobs and cost codes, and review your time history - even offline. Planners that keep the day on track See your assigned tasks for the day, tap in to start one, and move through your work list without guessing what's next. Task-linked forms, photos, and sign-offs stay attached to the job they belong to. Digital forms, no paper Fill out inspections, checklists, and risk management forms right on your phone - sliders, signatures, photos, and file attachments included. Submit once, and if something needs correcting later, update it without losing the review trail. Log-It: report issues from the field Spot a hazard or a problem on site? Snap a photo, describe it, and log it in seconds. No more sticky notes or forgotten conversations back at the shop. Prove your compliance Every completed form, training course, and resolved issue is timestamped and kept on record. When it's time to show a carrier or auditor that your team is following through, the evidence is already there - no digging through paperwork to reconstruct it after the fact. Stay in the loop Team messages, document library, and training courses (with exams) are all in the app - so policies, certifications, and crew communication travel with you, not just the office. Works the way job sites actually work Forms, planners, documents, and time tracking organized by job with a simple overview of pending tasks. Switch between organizations if you work across companies. Available in multiple languages.
