Puskal Pro Agrotecc Field Force: Driving Digital Transformation in Agriculture Puskal Agrotecc Limited, a prominent entity of the Shivashakti Group, presents its official internal mobile application. This platform is the digital backbone of our field operations, designed to bridge the gap between scientific agronomy and ground-level implementation. As we scale toward our goal of 150 retail outlets by 2028, this app ensures our "Farmer-First" mission is executed with unmatched precision, transparency, and accountability. Strategic Field Operations Designed exclusively for authorized employees, field officers this app replaces manual reporting with a real-time digital ecosystem. It is built to support a direct-to-farmer business model, eliminating intermediaries and ensuring farmers receive genuine products and expert guidance. Key Features: • Event-Based GPS Attendance: Maintain accountability with an intelligent "check-in/check-out" system. To protect employee privacy, the app captures GPS coordinates only at the specific moment of an activity punch. It does not track location in the background or continuously. • Precision Field Visits: Empower field teams to record real-time observations regarding crop stages, soil health, and pest issues. This data allows for highly customized agronomic advice tailored to the specific needs of the farm. • Farmer Meeting & Engagement: Plan and document group meetings and community awareness programs. Track the reach of our educational initiatives to ensure every farming community is empowered with modern agricultural knowledge. • Direct-to-Store Referrals & Order Booking: Seamlessly link field activities to our retail network. Employees can book product orders during field visits or direct farmers to the nearest Puskal Agrotecc outlet for authentic agro-inputs. • Comprehensive Farmer CRM: Build and manage a secure database of our farming partners. By storing contact details and crop history, the company provides ongoing support, crop care guidance, and solution updates via SMS. • Operational Transparency for Management: Provides leadership with real-time insights into field productivity, allowing for better resource allocation and faster response to emerging agricultural challenges. Vision & Mission Our vision is to become a global corporation that empowers and enriches farming communities.
