RaiseThon Terminal is the event-day companion to your RaiseThon campaign. Take card donations with just your phone, check guests in at the door, and sell tickets on the spot — all tied to the same campaign your team runs on RaiseThon. TAKE DONATIONS WITH TAP TO PAY • Accept contactless cards and digital wallets right on your Android phone. No card reader needed. • Enter any amount on a fast keypad, or tap one of your campaign's quick amounts. • Let donors cover the card fee with one switch. • Show a QR code so a donor can give on their own phone instead. • Credit the gift to a team, and email the donor a receipt in seconds. • Practice mode lets new volunteers try the whole flow before the event. CHECK GUESTS IN • Scan ticket QR codes with the camera, or type a code in. • Find a guest by name when they don't have their ticket. • Check in a whole order at once, and undo a scan if you got the wrong person. • Choose a full-screen result or a quick card that keeps the line moving, with sound and vibration you can turn off. • Works for ticketed events and for races, with runner registrations. SELL TICKETS AT THE DOOR • Sell ticket types for events, or race entries with add-ons like shirt sizes. • Collect names for each guest and the buyer's details. • Take payment with Tap to Pay, a QR code the buyer pays on their own phone, or cash and check. • Guests you sell to can be checked in right away. STAY ON TOP OF THE DAY • See your campaign's progress and what you've raised today on the home screen. • Review every donation you took, including declined attempts. • Add or fix a donor's details, resend a receipt, or issue a refund. • Review your check-ins and check a guest out when needed. BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM • Sign in with your RaiseThon account and switch between the campaigns you're on. • What each person can do follows their role in the campaign, set by your organization's admins on RaiseThon. • Lock the app with your fingerprint or face unlock so a borrowed phone stays secure. • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
