R11 Field

R11 Field is the phone app for crews at solar companies that run their projects on R11. Open a job, take the photos your office needs, and read and write the job's notes, right from the roof. Your company sets you up. You sign in with your work email and a one-time code; there is no sign-up in the app. If you can't sign in, ask your office. ON THE JOB • Your company's upcoming installs, today first, and a search for any job by name, street or phone number. • Each job's who and where (a tap for directions), when, what's being installed, and the notes your office wrote. • Your company's photo guide: every photo the office asks for, in sections, taken in any order. Instructions for each photo are a tap away. • A hint when a photo looks too dark, washed out or blurry, with the choice to retake it. It never stops you. • Notes: write one on the job (it needs signal) and it lands with your name where your office reads its notes. • Lost signal? The last job you opened keeps working for 24 hours, and your photos send when you're back online. BUILT FOR DIRECT SUN • Big type and big buttons, dark on light. • The camera stays open for the next shot. • A short vibration when a photo or note is saved. YOUR COMPANY'S RECORDS STAY PRIVATE • Photos stay inside the app, never in the phone's gallery. Once your office has a photo, the app clears its own copy after a week. • Screenshots are blocked and the recent-apps preview stays blank. • When you open a job's photos, the app checks you're near the job. If you look far away it asks you to confirm, and your office sees a note on those photos. It never blocks you. R11 Field needs an account from a company that uses R11.
