No. The panel works with the Display over other apps permission. Accessibility is optional: it places the swipe bar at the very top edge and adds Back, Recent apps, Notifications, Power menu and Lock screen actions. Why does Wi-Fi open a settings panel? On newer Android versions, apps cannot switch Wi-Fi or Bluetooth directly, so the control opens the Android panel for you. Why is the music card empty? Allow notification access so the app can show and control the music that is playing. 🔐 Permissions Display over other apps shows the panel. Notification access shows music controls. Modify system settings changes brightness and screen timeout. Camera turns on the flashlight. Microphone is used only if you record your screen with sound. Control Center - iOS Style uses the AccessibilityService API only if you turn it on, to perform Back, Recent apps, Notifications, Power menu and Lock screen actions and to place the swipe bar at the top edge of the screen.
