Quick Fix Force

Quick Fix Force brings your QFF property-service account to Android. Sign in with your existing QFF account to view the services and records your account is allowed to access. Browse the service catalogue, request a service for an authorized property, follow job updates, review quotations and view issued service documents. Manage available Annual Property Care contracts, warranty records, QFF Points and referrals through the options enabled for your account. For authorized QFF field staff, the app provides assigned job details, inspection and completion actions, evidence capture or photo selection, expenses and earnings records. Staff screens follow the permissions assigned by QFF; features vary by role and server configuration. The app connects to QFF's service system. Prices, approvals, contract coverage, warranty eligibility, balances and access permissions come from QFF's server records. A network connection and an active QFF account are required. Payment reporting records a service payment for QFF review; card checkout is not currently available in the app. Job updates use reported service status and ETA, without customer GPS tracking.
