Full description

Farz (Persian: فرض ) is a Persian word of Arabic origin, also used in Urdu and Hindi, meaning one's duty. This is a beautifully designed, all-in-one Islamic companion that brings the tools you need for daily worship into a single, easy-to-use app. Whether you're finding the Qibla, reading the Holy Quran, tracking the Islamic calendar, or counting your dhikr, Farz is made to be simple, accurate, and respectful of your privacy. 🌙 Moon Finder (AR) Point your camera at the sky and let Farz guide you to the moon in real time. An augmented-reality overlay traces the path from your view to the moon's exact position, and the current moon phase helps with sighting for the new Islamic month. 🧭 Accurate Qibla Compass Find the direction of the Kaaba from anywhere in the world. Farz uses your device's sensors with smooth, jitter-free filtering to point you toward the Qibla with a clear, elegant dial. 📖 Quran & Duas Read and listen to the Holy Quran, and explore a collection of authentic supplications (Duas) with the original Arabic alongside translations. Worship content can follow its own language, independent of the app's interface language. 📅 Islamic (Hijri) Calendar Keep track of the Hijri date and important Islamic occasions — including Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, the Day of Arafah, and Laylat al-Qadr. A fine-tune option lets you align dates with your local moon sighting. 📿 Digital Tasbeeh (Prayer Beads) Count your dhikr with a clean, tactile on-screen tasbeeh counter — perfect for keeping your place during remembrance. 🕌 Prayer Times Get prayer times calculated for your location, with support for multiple calculation methods and Asr juristic preferences to match how your community observes them. ✨ Made for everyone * Available in 39 languages * Choose a separate language for religious content * 9 handcrafted themes, including light, dark, and system modes * Clean, modern interface designed for daily use 🔒 Privacy first Farz respects your privacy. Your location is used only on your device to calculate the Qibla, prayer times, and moon position — it is never sold or shared
