Quapid Checkin gives event teams a fast and dependable way to validate tickets at every entrance. Connect the app to an authorized Quapid site, then scan QR tickets with a dedicated hardware scanner or the device camera. Every ticket is checked against the live admission database so attendants receive a clear entry granted or entry denied decision immediately. Key features include: • Fast live ticket validation • Clear entry granted and entry denied screens • Duplicate entry protection across connected devices • Support for ticket access limits and valid admission windows • Hardware scanner and camera scanning • Live totals for admissions today, total admissions, and tickets sold • Protected ticket inspection with order details and scan history • Permanent device identification and administrator assigned aliases • Operational messages sent to selected devices or the entire entrance team • Server managed background synchronization of successful and unsuccessful attempts Quapid Checkin is intended for authorized event staff using a Quapid powered ticketing site. A valid site connection and Quapid API access are required.
