NForge: Personal Trainer App

NForge provides free software for fitness coaches and studios: client management, live online and in-person classes, AI-generated workout and nutrition programmes (Forge AI), a public marketplace for coach profiles and training plan sales, and automated payments. 7.9% platform fee on successful transactions — no monthly fees. FREE PERSONAL TRAINER SOFTWARE, NO MONTHLY FEE Most personal training software charges a subscription that scales with your client list. NForge does not. There are no client limits, no feature gates and no per-client tiers. You keep your whole roster in one coaching app, payouts typically reach your bank within 24 hours, and you only pay when money actually reaches you. FORGE AI: WORKOUT AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS IN MINUTES Answer a short intake about your client: goals, experience, injuries, allergies, equipment and weekly schedule. Forge AI drafts the whole program, up to 12 weeks of progressive training with sets, reps, tempo and rest, plus optional nutrition with daily macro targets and meals portioned to hit them. Every plan passes layered safety checks and an independent AI safety review, and anything that needs a professional eye arrives flagged with specific notes. You review, edit and send. It goes out under your name. Included free: one generation per client per day, up to ten a day per coach. WORKOUT PLANS THAT LOOK PROFESSIONAL Build reusable workout plans with sets, reps, tempo, rest and prescribed load, including supersets. Combine training and nutrition into week-by-week programs, assign them to a client, set your price, and NForge delivers a polished PDF when they pay. NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANS THAT ADD UP Create meal plans with automatic calorie and macro calculation. AI-generated days carry daily targets for calories, protein, carbs, fat and water, with meals sized so the day actually meets them. ONLINE CLASSES AND IN-PERSON CLASSES Host live HD video classes for up to 50 people from your phone, or run bootcamps, park sessions and studio schedules on the same rails. You get five recurrence patterns, timezone-aware scheduling and a public class booking page for every class. Clients book, pay and join from a link, with nothing to install on their side. Mark an in-person session done and session credits are consumed automatically. CLIENT MANAGEMENT WITHOUT SPREADSHEETS Unlimited client profiles with goals, health notes, emergency contacts and full program history. Everything you need to manage clients stays in one place. INVOICING AND PAYMENTS WITHOUT CHASING Invoicing runs on Stripe in multiple currencies: one-off invoices, scheduled invoices, program invoices and class memberships with session credits. Clients top up from the same link, with card details saved at checkout. SELL YOUR TRAINING PLANS ON THE MARKETPLACE Open a public storefront at your own handle, list your programs for sale, and get found in the NForge coach directory. New clients can discover you, buy a plan and book your classes. When a plan sells, the same 7.9% applies. There is no extra marketplace commission.
