Sound Italia

Sound Italia is your gateway to Italian music, culture, and heritage, brought to you by Robert’s Media – a name that has been deeply connected to the Italian community in Australia since 1981. From music, touring Italian artists, and television programs on Network Ten to operating FM frequencies that introduced 24/7 dance music broadcasting in Australia, Robert’s Media has played a pioneering role in keeping Italian culture alive. Over the decades, Robert’s Media has also been instrumental in organizing iconic events, publishing the bilingual Pronto Guide telephone directory, and producing Miss Italy in the World. In 2021, driven by the passion for preserving and celebrating Italian heritage, Robert’s Media launched Sound Italia, a non-profit organizational dedicated to promoting Italian music and culture for the Italo-Australian community. With Sound Italia, experience the richness of Italian music, from classic hits to contemporary tracks, all streaming live directly from Italy. The platform is more than just music—it is a cultural movement. We proudly showcase and promote Italian artists, bands, comedians, fashion, and lifestyle, ensuring that Italian heritage continues to thrive across generations. Whether you are a first-generation Italian in Australia or part of the second or third generation discovering your roots, Sound Italia provides an immersive experience that keeps you connected to your heritage.
