iMX Flasher

iMX Flasher is the technician tool for QR PayNow iMX payment boards. Plug a board into your phone with a USB OTG cable and program it on the spot - no laptop needed. What it does • Programs iMX boards (i5, i7 and MDB) with approved firmware over the USB cable. • Reads the board first and shows its chip, MAC address and device id before anything is written. • "Update only" mode replaces the program and keeps the board's settings; a full program always asks you to confirm the board by name first. • Copies a whole machine setup - WiFi, mode, region, coin values, timings - from one board that is already right onto the next one, so a whole venue can be set up in minutes. • Shows exactly what will change before it writes ("WiFi name: OldNet -> Venue-Guest"), with passwords hidden, and reads every setting back afterwards to prove it landed. • Keeps a log of every job on the phone, with a live colour console, and lets you save or send a log to support. Built for the field • Works offline at the venue once you have signed in. • The screen stays awake while a board is written, and a pulled cable is reported clearly. • Every problem is explained in one plain sentence with a next step. Secure by design • Only QR PayNow technicians with flasher access can sign in. • Firmware packages are encrypted and only unlock for approved accounts. • Every programming job is recorded, and access can be withdrawn per person or per phone. You need a QR PayNow technician account and a phone that supports USB OTG.
