Q Points Calculator

Calculate Q-points for seniors and Q-Masters points for masters weightlifters in a compact, easy-to-use app. • Male and female scoring formulas. • Enter a total, or your best snatch and clean & jerk. • Find the total needed to reach a target score, including the minimum whole-kilogram total. • View your latest three calculations and up to 100 saved records. • Share a result using Android's share menu. • Works entirely offline. No ads, account or analytics. Q-points adjusts a two-lift total for bodyweight and sex. Q-Masters also applies the IMWA 2025 age factor. The published age tables cover men aged 30–95 and women aged 30–90. Seniors use Q-points without age adjustment. Age is competition year minus birth year. Model ranges are not competition eligibility rules. Fields and recent history start empty each time you launch the app. Saved history stays on your device. Research credit Q-points research: Dr. Marianne Huebner (Michigan State University), David Meltzer, Ásgeir Bjarnason and Aris Perperoglou.
