Booking of Sports & Town Hall Facilities: Book shared facilities such as the auditorium, seminar rooms and sports courts while viewing your own usage history. 3. Season Parking Management: Update vehicle details, including IU and vehicle number; manage payments and view parking information. 4. Feedback and Service Requests: Report issues related to air-conditioning, cleanliness, security or more; directing them to the relevant team. 5. Announcements and Notices: Stay informed through building-wide updates such as circulars, fire exercises and operational changes, while accessing related documents in one place.
