CÁC THÀNH PHẦN VÀ CHỨC NĂNG CHÍNH CỦA HỆ THỐNG 1. Máy chủ lưu trữ và quản trị các dữ liệu đã được chuẩn hóa, DataLake trên dịch vụ Cloud chứa Realtime Database các phân vùng dữ liệu tương tác và kết nối người đi Biển, Ứng dụng Biển Việt chạy trên thiết bị Android mang xuống Tàu phục vụ tăng cường hỗ trợ các hoạt động trên Biển Đông. 2. Hiển thị Hải đồ Biển Đông và Hải đồ chi tiết vùng bờ, các đường cơ sở, 3 lý, 6 lý. 3. Hỗ trợ đầy đủ các hoạt động trên biển trong điều kiện ra khơi không có kết nối Internet gồm: Xác định tọa độ, độ sâu, vận tốc, hướng di chuyển, ranh giới, phạm vi, các vùng đặc thù, đánh dấu, tìm kiếm, dẫn đường, tránh bão, đo đạc và ghi nhật ký giám sát hành trình, ghi nhật ký khai thác. 4. Khi Tàu đi vào vùng có sóng kết nối Internet cho phép: Nhận lệnh xuất nhập bến; Trao đổi dữ liệu với máy chủ CSDL; Chia sẻ các lý trình và vị trí đánh dấu trên Biển giữa các Tàu; Xác định các tham số sóng, gió, nhiệt độ, dòng chảy trên Biển; Nhận dạng và kết nối các Tàu xung quanh trong phạm vi bán kính 100km. 5. Hỗ trợ các Tàu hoạt động theo nhóm trên Biển bằng cách luôn xác định khoảng cách và hướng của các Tàu về vị trí 1 điểm Neo do người dụng xác lập để các Tàu trong nhóm luôn có thể tìm về gặp nhau tại 1 vị trí trên Biển. 6. Tạo ra mã QR-Code truy xuất nguồn gốc mỗi mẻ lưới khai thác trên Biển gồm: Thời gian, Tọa độ, độ sâu và vùng Biển khai thác. 7. Nhận diện được các vùng biển được phép di chuyển và khai thác hợp pháp, góp phần xóa thẻ vàng IUU, đảm bảo Quốc phòng - An ninh trên Biển Đông, khẳng định và thực thi chủ quyền, quyền chủ quyền và các lợi ích hợp pháp khác của Việt Nam tại Biển Đông phù hợp với luật pháp Việt Nam và quốc tế 8. Tạo ra màn hình bằng chứng hợp pháp cho người đi Biển tại vị trí gặp tàu lạ bằng nhiều thứ tiếng khác nhau để họ trình ra khi ở trên Biển trong trường hợp cần thiết. 9. Dễ dàng bổ sung thêm các chức năng và dữ liệu cho phù hợp với các quy trình tác nghiệp và nhiệm vụ đặc thù khác nhau
