Turn listening into learning. Audiobook Player and Notes is an offline audiobook player for your own books, lectures, and courses. Capture useful ideas with timestamped notes and bookmarks, then review them in your personal learning journal. Take notes while you listen • Add a bookmark with one tap. • Write a note linked to the current chapter and timestamp while audio keeps playing, or choose to pause automatically. • Adjust the note timestamp rewind to catch an idea you just heard. • Search, edit, and delete your notes. Tap a note or bookmark to return to that moment and listen again. • See note and bookmark markers on the playback timeline. Build your learning journal • Review listening sessions, notes, and bookmarks grouped by day. • See today's listening minutes, your learning streak, and your total notes. • Export one book, a date range, or all your learning history. • Save or share your journal as PDF, Markdown, or plain text. Bring your own audio • Import one or more files, or choose a folder as a book or course. • Audio files directly inside a folder become chapters in natural filename order: chapter 2 comes before chapter 10. • Play MP3, M4A, M4B, AAC, WAV, OGG, and FLAC files. • Browse cover art, search books and authors, and sort by recent listening, title, or progress. • Rename or remove library entries without deleting your original audio files. Listen at your pace • Continue in the background with lock screen, notification, and headset controls. • Resume each book's saved chapter and position with a brief rewind. • Set playback speed from 0.5x to 3.0x while keeping voices natural. Each book remembers its own speed. • Customize backward and forward skips, choose chapters, and check remaining time at your current speed. • Set a sleep timer for a duration or the end of a chapter, with a gentle volume fade before stopping. • Optionally shake your phone to extend an active sleep timer. Simple and personal • Free to use, with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account required. • Your library, notes, and learning journal stay on your device. • Optional Firebase usage analytics and crash reports are off by default. You control both in Settings. • Back up and restore library information, progress, notes, bookmarks, and listening history with a local JSON file. Audio files and covers are not included. • Choose light, dark, or automatic appearance, with support for larger text. • Available in English, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and Arabic. This app plays audio you already have. It does not include an audiobook catalog, streaming service, or audiobook downloads. Import compatible files you own or have permission to use.
