Pw mining

PW Mining is the internal operations app for staff of PW Nigeria Limited. It puts the company's fleet, stores, requisition and reporting system on a phone or tablet, so work that used to wait for a paper form or an office PC can be done at the pit, in the workshop or at the store counter. An account is required. Accounts are issued by PW administrators; there is no public sign-up. MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT • One record per machine — fleet number, make, site, status, condition and full history • Insurance, licences, permits and parts manuals stored against each machine, with expiry dates • Fuel refills logged per machine, with consumption over time • Service due tracking on hours or kilometres, flagging machines due or overdue • Parts fitted and running cost per machine • Fleet dashboard: what is working, what is down, what needs service STORES AND PARTS • Stock register with part number, quantity, shelf location, price and site • Receive deliveries with supplier, quantity, date and cost; average cost updates itself • Transfer parts between sites, with quantities held in transit until they arrive • A permanent record of every increase, decrease and edit — who did it, when and why • Minimum and maximum levels per part, with low-stock flagging • Imprest (consignment) warehouse: supplier-owned stock, goods receipt, issuing and balances REQUESTS AND PROCUREMENT • Raise a requisition with priority, department, date needed and an optional photo • Review, approve, hold, reject or escalate, through the approval stages your role covers • A message thread on each request, so the requester and procurement can settle queries in one place • Approval queues that show only what is actually waiting on you REPORTING FROM THE FIELD • Daily machine reports filed from site, feeding hours, parts used and downtime straight into the machine record • Maintenance and service records, with parts drawn from stock as they are fitted • Tyre reports captured against the wheel positions of each machine MANAGEMENT AND ALERTS • Dashboards for fleet, stores and maintenance, filtered by site and date range • Configurable alerts for low stock, service due, end of life and unusual fuel use BUILT FOR SITE CONDITIONS • Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID after first setup • Camera capture for attaching photos to requests, documents and reports • Clear offline notice when the network drops, and a return to where you were when it comes back • Pull to refresh, and light or dark display
