Pulso – The booking platform for home-care agencies Pulso is built for home-care agencies in Kerala. Send your clients to Pulso, book a verified caregiver for each of them, and keep the margin. How it works 1) Add your client and their care needs 2) Pick the caregiver level – Basic, GDA and above, or Nurse 3) The caregiver cost is fixed by level. You set what your client pays, above a minimum. 4) Pulso finds the caregiver, and you see who is going before the first day. 5) Track every booking and every rupee in one place. Three caregiver levels • Basic – practical caregiving experience, no formal certificate • GDA and above – GDA, ANM, HCA or an equivalent caregiving certificate • Nurse – GNM, BSc Nursing or higher; required for stoma and tracheostomy care What Pulso charges The caregiver cost you see is the whole of it – there is no commission and no share of your margin. Everything your client pays above the caregiver cost is yours.
