Bring your Subaru's data into focus with PulseWidth Classic. Connect a compatible Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 adapter through USB OTG to use live gauges, vehicle logging, trouble-code checks, and supported tuning workflows. Sign in to your PulseWidth account to work with your Garage and account-linked tune projects. YOUR COCKPIT Choose from ten dashboard layouts with a consistent feel in portrait and landscape. Customize gauge channels and use light or dark lighting. Optional sunrise/sunset lighting follows local conditions, with manual overrides in Settings. LIVE DATA AND LOGS Select the channels you want to record, including enabled gauge channels. Associate logs with the selected tune-project revision and upload them to your account. Logs waiting for a connection remain available locally while upload is pending. TROUBLE CODES Read and clear supported vehicle trouble codes and review available readiness information. Feature availability depends on your vehicle, calibration, and adapter. An incomplete or failed scan is not a clean bill of health. YOUR TUNE LIBRARY Choose account-linked tune projects inside the app. Keep logs and recovery records associated with the appropriate vehicle and project. Protected tune operations require the applicable account license and compatibility checks. GUIDED REFLASHING Read backups and install compatible tunes on supported vehicles. Follow the on-screen connection, battery, ignition, and recovery instructions carefully. This is not a universal Subaru flashing tool. PERFORMANCE Explore acceleration, distance, and braking metrics using your phone's GPS and motion sensors on a closed course. Accuracy depends on the phone, GPS reception, and conditions. This is not a certified timing system. WHAT YOU NEED • A supported 2002–2005 US-market Subaru WRX vehicle and calibration • A compatible Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 adapter and USB OTG connection • An Android 8.0 or later device with USB host support • A PulseWidth account and internet access for account and cloud features • The applicable vehicle/tune license for protected operations Verify support for your exact vehicle and calibration before purchasing an adapter or tune. Hardware and tune licenses are not included with the app download. Not every feature is available for every calibration. SAFETY FIRST PulseWidth Classic includes persistent interrupted-flash recovery guidance. If the cable disconnects, the app closes, or the phone loses power during a write, KEEP THE IGNITION KEY ON. Restore the connection or phone power, reopen the app, and use Recovery. Do not cycle the key until the app reports a verified completion. Never use the Performance screen on public roads. ECU reflashing and calibration changes carry risk and require a healthy vehicle, stable battery voltage, and informed operator. Use only for lawful diagnostics and calibration.
