With the Performance module, you can manage driver performance and risk both online and via mobile devices. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to record WalkAround checks electronically, simplifying the shift from traditional paper defect logs. PTC ERP continuously records and stores WalkAround data as drivers complete their checks. By logging into the PTC ERP website, you can view the defect status of individual vehicles and the entire fleet. This ongoing record supports internal reporting, provides proof for enforcement agencies, and helps prevent costly business interruptions. The PTC ERP Driver App, which works on smartphones and tablets, provides real-time updates. The Depot or Transport Management Team receives immediate notifications about any reported defects. Moreover, the PTC ERP Driver App operates online, allowing you to perform checks even with an Internet connection. the app Automatically synchronizes with the PTC ERP website. The WalkAround feature uses GPS to capture the precise location of each check. This data is displayed on a map on the PTC ERP website, ensuring that compliance checks are completed where and when required, and offering reassurance in the accuracy of the data.
