Track sleep, mood, energy balance, calm, focus, connection, and positive moments without turning one hard day into a label. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Quick and full check-ins: keep the daily habit light or add detail when useful. • Three clear signals: see what you reported today, how it compares with your personal usual range, and how much history supports the trend. • Personal insights: review careful next-day patterns that wait for enough data and never claim to prove a cause. • History and reflections: explore changes over time and add journal or voice notes in your own words. • Habits: add routines you want to build, reduce, or simply observe. • Reading: discover research-informed articles related to the areas you are tracking. • Optional sharing: export a readable report if you choose to discuss it with a qualified professional. • Support resources: ask to see support options at any check-in or open them directly whenever needed.
