SquadBase is the football app for coaches, teams, and clubs that want to organize everyday team operations clearly and efficiently. Built from real club experience, the app combines scheduling, squad management, carpooling, team finances, statistics, and important player data in one place. SquadBase understands football-specific workflows. Association- and league-dependent eligibility logic helps coaches see which players can be selected. Suspensions and cards are taken into account so squad availability is easy to assess. Carpooling is organized on an interactive map, making it clear who is driving, who needs a ride, and where seats are available. Access occurs only after explicit permission and only when the player starts an import. SquadBase reads only the workout type, date and time, duration, total distance, and source app. Total distance is essential to the Health Connect run-proof feature: it displays the run result, allows comparison with an optional coach-defined target, is used to calculate pace, and—after coach approval—contributes to the optional team ranking. Without the distance value, SquadBase cannot create a meaningful run proof from the selected workout. SquadBase does not read GPS routes, location, heart rate, steps, calories, or other health data. It has no background Health Connect access and writes no data to Health Connect. Health data is not used for advertising, tracking, or sale. Only after the player actively submits the run are the listed run details stored for the selected club feature and shown to the responsible coach for review. Depending on the coach's configuration, manual entry or screenshot alternatives may also be available. SquadBase is designed specifically for football clubs that want more structure in training, match days, and everyday team organization.
