Blood Hub is the field companion for merchandisers and their supervisors. It brings the whole store visit into a single app that keeps working when the signal does not. PLAN AND FIND YOUR STORES • Browse retailers and outlets, grouped by chain, with search and filters. • Open the map to see the stores around your current position. • Register a new outlet from the field, complete with its exact coordinates. • Check store details and the products carried there before you walk in. RUN THE VISIT • Start a visit and work through the form section by section, with a clear progress indicator so nothing is left blank. • Capture photos that are automatically stamped with the time, the place and the visit they belong to. • Record stock, planograms, promotions and competitor activity against the product catalogue. • Pause any time: unfinished visits are kept as drafts and can be resumed exactly where you stopped. WORK OFFLINE, SYNC LATER • Every draft, photo and answer is stored on the device first. • When the connection returns, your work uploads in the background and the submission progress is shown stage by stage. • Visit history stays available for reference, online or off. BUILD YOUR OWN FORMS • Supervisors can design visit forms with a drag-and-drop builder — sections, field types, required answers and conditional content. • Preview a form before releasing it, then push it to the whole team. • Send revision notes back to a submitted visit so the field team can fix and resubmit.
