PRS HRMS

PRS HRMS is the employee app for your workplace. Your employer issues your account; you sign in and get on with the day. MARK ATTENDANCE FROM THE OFFICE Check in and out with a tap. The app confirms you are inside an approved office geofence, and records your position at that moment — and only at that moment. Your location is captured at check-in and check-out, never in the background. LEAVE, WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK Apply for leave, see your balances, track approvals and browse the leave calendar so you know who is out before you plan. YOUR PAY, WHEN YOU NEED IT Open payslips for any month and download them as a PDF. Review salary details and tax declarations without emailing anyone. TIMESHEETS AND PROJECTS Log time against projects, submit timesheets and follow them through approval. EXPENSES AND TRAVEL Submit expense claims with photo receipts, raise travel requests and watch the approval chain. COMPANY ASSETS See what has been assigned to you, check warranty cover and raise a helpdesk ticket about a device. EVERYTHING ELSE Holiday calendar, employee directory, notifications, learning courses, performance goals and reviews, comp-off requests, and job referrals. FOR MANAGERS Approve leave, expenses and timesheets from the approvals queue, and see your team's attendance for the day. PRIVACY No advertising, no trackers, no data sold. Fingerprint or Face ID unlock is matched by your phone's secure hardware — the app only ever sees yes or no. Read the policy at https://hrms.prsindia.in/privacy You need an account from an employer that uses PRS HRMS. You cannot register inside the app.
