SEEHA Health SEEHA Health is a Personal Health Information & Report Access App powered by ProXplor Nexus™. It provides a secure user-facing interface for personal profile management, organization access, information and photo submission, personal report access, and account and data management. Your Unique User ID When you first sign in with your Apple ID or Google account, a unique User ID is created and linked to your sign-in account. Your User ID serves as your unique identifier in ProXplor Nexus™ and associates your personal profile, authorized service access, submitted information, and personal reports with you. Personal Profile You can create, view, and update your basic personal profile, including: • Display Name • Gender • Date of Birth • City of Long-Term Residence • Phone Number — Optional • Email — Optional Your personal profile is associated with your User ID and stored in ProXplor Nexus™. Organization Access Certain service uses are available to users authorized by participating organizations and public-sector programs. Organization Access Codes are issued only by participating organizations or authorized public-sector program administrators. They are not sold or issued directly to individual users and are not available for individual purchase or self-registration. After Organization Access is activated, Remaining Uses shows the service uses currently available to you under the applicable organization or public-sector program. Information & Photo Submission Users with available service access may securely submit the information and photos required for a report service. Required photos may include: • Frontal Face • Profile Face • Tongue Your submitted information and photos are securely transmitted to ProXplor Nexus™ and processed by the InferPheno™ Engine to generate your report. Submitted photos are automatically deleted once the report is generated or 3 minutes after upload, whichever occurs first. ProXplor Technology ProXplor Nexus™ is ProXplor’s Foundation Model & Core Technology Platform. InferPheno™ Engine is ProXplor’s proprietary Digital Phenotype Inference Engine. Together, they form the proprietary technology infrastructure supporting SEEHA Health. SEEHA Health serves as the user-facing application. Image processing, phenotype inference, and report generation are performed through ProXplor’s proprietary technology infrastructure rather than locally on the user’s device. My Reports In My Reports, you can securely access personal reports associated with your User ID. Reports generated through the InferPheno™ Engine are associated with the corresponding User ID and stored in ProXplor Nexus™. If no report is associated with your User ID, My Reports will display: No reports available yet. Account and Data Management You can permanently delete your account directly within SEEHA Health. When you delete your account, your User ID, personal profile information, personal reports, and other applicable account data associated with that User ID in ProXplor Nexus™ are permanently deleted and cannot be restored, except for limited records retained where required or permitted by applicable law. If you register again in the future, a new account and User ID will be created. General Wellness Scope SEEHA Health is designed as a General Wellness application focused on lifestyle optimization, healthier habit formation, and supporting general well-being. Its reports and related services are designed to remain within a non-diagnostic, non-treatment, and non-clinical wellness scope. SEEHA Health does not provide medical diagnosis, disease screening, disease monitoring, medical treatment, emergency medical services, or clinical measurement through the device. Health-related information provided through SEEHA Health is intended to support general wellness, lifestyle optimization, and healthier lifestyle habits and is not intended to replace professional medical advice or medical care.
