Protiviti Audit

Protiviti Audit App is a comprehensive, secure, and intelligent audit management solution designed to simplify and streamline field audit operations across multiple locations. Built for auditors, organizations, and enterprise teams, the app ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency at every step of the audit lifecycle. With advanced verification mechanisms such as selfie authentication and geo-location validation, Protiviti ensures that audits are performed by the right person at the right location, maintaining the highest level of compliance and trust. The audit process begins with secure entry validation where users capture a real-time selfie for identity verification, along with geo-location tracking to confirm they are physically present at the assigned store before proceeding, preventing unauthorized access and enhancing reliability. Before starting the audit, users can review store and manager details and request updates if any discrepancies are found, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. The app provides a structured, checklist-based workflow that guides users through predefined checkpoints, allowing them to submit responses along with image evidence for better transparency and accuracy. Once completed, audits are submitted for review where the PMO or management team can approve or reject them with feedback, enabling corrections and resubmissions if needed. Protiviti also offers a detailed dashboard for tracking audit performance, scores, and history, helping organizations analyze trends and improve quality. Users can generate professional PDF reports instantly and download or share them with ease for documentation and compliance purposes. To complete the process, an exit selfie verification ensures that the same auditor finishes the audit, adding an extra layer of accountability and security. With end-to-end audit lifecycle management, secure verification, real-time tracking, seamless approval workflows, and a user-friendly interface, Protiviti Audit App empowers organizations to digitize audits, reduce manual errors, and enhance operational efficiency across all locations.
