Franco - Fitness & AI Coach

How many apps do you really need to get in shape? Just one: Franco. Nutrition, training, your smartwatch and a personal AI Coach, all in one place. No more data scattered across different apps: everything works together to help you reach your goals, even without an internet connection. AI COACH: YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT Because your diet, workouts, weight and watch data all live in the same app, your AI Coach sees the whole picture and makes your data work together. Get detailed summaries and weekly reviews powered by Artificial Intelligence. Receive smart suggestions based on your real progress and your goals. NUTRITION Take a photo of what you are about to eat and the AI recognises the dishes. You can break them down into ingredients, adjust the quantities and save the result as a recipe. Nutritional values always come from the food database, never guessed from the picture. Log packaged foods in a second. Track protein, carbs, fat and water effortlessly. Create your own recipes and quickly add what you eat. Check your daily intake at a glance. TRAINING Create and organise your exercises with complete flexibility. Follow your sessions with the built-in rest timer. Get working-weight suggestions based on your improvements. CALENDAR Schedule your workouts in the calendar, with repeating events too. WEARABLES Franco connects to Health Connect (Android) and the Health app (iOS): that is where Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung, Xiaomi, Amazfit and the rest write their data. One connection and your watch is inside the app, whatever brand it is. Steps, calories burned and heart rate always up to date, with the trend of the last 30 days. Sleep duration and stages plus resting heart rate, so you know when to push and when to stop. Trained with your smartwatch and forgot to log it? Franco offers it ready to save, with the real duration, calories and heart rate: confirm it with one tap. Your AI Coach really uses them: sleep, resting heart rate and calories burned feed into its analysis and its advice. Franco only reads: it never writes anything to your health hub. Connecting is optional and you can revoke it at any time from Profile → Wearable. ALWAYS WITH YOU, EVEN OFFLINE Training in a gym with no signal, or travelling? Franco keeps working. Log meals, workouts and weight offline too: your data syncs automatically across all your devices as soon as you are back online.
