Proingec Control Live

Proingec Control is the official app for the building automation systems (BMS/SCADA, GPG System) installed by PROINGEC in homes, offices and industrial buildings. Save the connections to all your installations and open any of them with a single tap to see and control everything your installation includes: floor plans, lighting, climate, blinds, energy use, alarms, cameras and video intercom, TVs and projectors, multi-room audio and more. KEY FEATURES • All your installations in one app: save as many connections as you need (address, port, HTTP or HTTPS, user and password) and open them without logging in every time. • Instant alerts: receive your installation's alarms and notices on your phone, with a photo when they come from a camera. Tap the notification to go straight to that event. • Doorbell as a phone call: when someone rings the video intercom, your phone rings like a call. See who is there, talk to them and open the door from wherever you are. • Cameras: live view, event log with photos, zoom, previous/next event and save photos to your phone. • Arrival at home (optional): the app tells your installation that you are arriving so it can open the vehicle gate or switch on the entrance lights. It only turns on GPS while you are driving or approaching one of your installations, and it never opens when you are already inside. • Arrival log: if something did not work as expected, share the log with our support team by WhatsApp or email in one tap. • Portrait and landscape, ideal for floor plans and graphs. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap "Add new connection" and enter the name, address, port and your credentials for the installation. 2. Choose HTTP or HTTPS. 3. Tap the installation to open it. 4. Optionally, turn on "Notify the installation on arrival" on the main screen. PRIVACY • Your connections (addresses, users and passwords) are stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage. • Location: if you turn on the arrival feature, the app uses your location, also in the background (when the app is closed or not in use), only to detect that you are arriving. Your position is processed on your phone and never leaves it: your installation only receives that you have arrived. You can turn it off at any time. • To know when you are driving, and avoid keeping GPS on all day, the app uses activity recognition and your car's Bluetooth connection. • Notifications: to receive alerts, the app registers a notification identifier with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and with your installation, through Proingec's remote service (GPG-Cloud). • The arrival log stays on your phone and is only sent if you choose to share it. REQUIREMENTS • An installation with a PROINGEC GPG System server. • Access to the installation: Wi-Fi, VPN or mobile data, or Proingec's remote access service.
