Full description
Progressive Overload is a free gym workout tracker built around one idea: lift a little more than last time, and keep doing it. That is progressive overload, and it is the only training principle that reliably works. The hard part is remembering what "last time" actually was. So this is a workout log that does the remembering. Log a set in seconds. Open the app next week and the number to beat is already on screen. WHAT YOU GET, FREE • Unlimited set logging: reps, weight, or time held • 193 exercises. 123 are drawn by hand, and 74 of those also loop as an animation, so you can see how a lift is performed without leaving the app • A body map to find exercises by the muscle you want to train • Filter the exercise library by the equipment your gym actually has • Build your week into training days and reorder them however you like • A muscle recovery map showing what is fresh and what you have been neglecting • Your last 8 sets of every exercise LET A FRIEND BUILD YOUR PROGRAM This is the part other gym trackers do not do. Share your code with a friend and promote them to coach. They can build your workout plan, choose your exercises and targets, and log sets on your behalf, all from their own phone. You walk in and today's session is already there. Remove them at any time and their access ends immediately. WHAT PO PRO ADDS • Your entire training history, however far back it goes • Personal records, estimated 1RM, volume and long-range strength trends • Coaching, so a friend can write and adjust your program • Friends and challenges, with rewards you set yourself • Export your data whenever you want BUILT FOR THE GYM Works offline. Your exercise library and your workout plan live on the phone, so a basement gym with no signal does not stop you logging. Everything syncs when you are back online. IN ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE The whole app, including every exercise name and how-to, in English or Portuguese. It follows your phone's language, and you can switch it any time. FOR BEGINNERS If you do not know what to do at the gym yet, this is built for you. Every exercise is illustrated, the app holds your training days so you are not deciding anything between sets, and it tells you what to add next session. Progressive Overload is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme.

What's new

• Now in Portuguese. • Building a workout is quicker: exercises stay in the list as you add them, and a Done button takes you straight back to training. • The exercise picker now filters by muscle group, by the body map, and by the kit your gym actually has. • Clearer first run, including where to log your first set. • Fixed a crash that could happen on the very first launch. • Fixed an empty exercise list on brand new accounts.
