Progressive: Gym Tracker

Progressive is a clean, distraction-free gym tracker built for lifters who care about progressive overload. Log a set in two taps. See your PRs the moment you hit them. Watch your weekly volume, strength tiers, and streaks grow. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log workouts fast — pick a template, log sets, done. • Track every set type: weighted, bodyweight, timed holds, cardio. • Automatic PR detection — the app spots your personal bests so you don't have to hunt for them. • Progressive overload suggestions — the app suggests your next target based on your last few sessions and your gym's plate increment. • Estimated 1RM + strength tiers — see where you stand on the main lifts compared to your body weight. • Session RPE — quick 1–10 tap after each workout so you can spot overreaching before it becomes overtraining. • Weekly volume breakdown per muscle group. • 70+ built-in exercises across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core, and cardio — plus one-tap "Add Custom Exercise" for anything your gym has that we don't. • Muscle-tinted icons so your exercise library reads as color-coded clusters instead of a wall of identical text. • Share cards — export a portrait image of your session to socials. • Badges + level system — 25 badges across workouts, PRs, volume, and cardio milestones. CLOUD SYNC — YOUR CHOICE • Continue with Google, sign up with email, or use the app fully offline. • When you sign in, your workout log, templates, custom exercises, and profile picture back up automatically to your own private cloud row. • Multi-device: sign in on a new phone and everything restores in seconds. • Signed-out mode works fully offline — no account required. WHAT WE DON'T DO • No ads. • No trackers. • No selling your data. • No AI-generated calorie noise. • No paywalls on the core lifting features. Progressive is built by a lifter who was tired of gym apps that got in the way. It stays out of your way at the rack. PRIVACY Your workout data belongs to you.
