Cox's Bazar Clean

NOT A GOVERNMENT APP: Cox's Bazar Clean is an independent app published by Progedify. It does not represent Cox's Bazar Pourashava (municipality), the Government of Bangladesh, or any other government entity. Official source for municipal and government information: Cox's Bazar Pourashava's official website, https://ps.coxsbazar.gov.bd/ Cox's Bazar Clean lets you report a waste problem — an overflowing bin, illegal dumping, a missed collection, a blocked drain, dead animals, or anything else — to the Cox's Bazar Waste Management System (https://coxswms.com), and then follow what happens to it. HOW A REPORT WORKS • Take a photo or choose one from your gallery (or skip it). • Pick the kind of problem from the list. • Say where: pick your ward and add the address or a landmark. Where a bin carries a QR sticker, scan it or type its code. • Describe it in a sentence. Add your name and phone number if you want a call back — or leave the name blank and report anonymously. • Send. You get a reference number at once. The photo is resized and stripped of all metadata (including any GPS position) before it leaves your phone. FOLLOW YOUR REPORT Every report this phone has filed stays under My reports with its reference and its current status: received, being dealt with, resolved. Allow notifications and the app tells you when a report moves. Lost the phone? Type your phone number or a reference on the Track screen and your reports come back to the list. WORKS OFFLINE Written on a lane with no signal? The report is saved on the phone and sent by itself the next time there is a connection. Categories, wards, collection times and notices are kept on the phone too, so the form opens without a network. WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE • Collection times for every ward, and the waste-management hotline, one tap to call. • Notices from the waste-management team — a delayed round, a road closure, a special collection. • Bangla first, English available. Bangla numerals under Bangla. • Light, fast, and small: built for low-cost phones and slow connections. WHERE THE INFORMATION COMES FROM Collection times, notices, wards and contacts are supplied by the Cox's Bazar Waste Management System at https://coxswms.com, the same system behind the web form at https://coxswms.com/tellus. For official municipal or government information, always check the official source: https://ps.coxsbazar.gov.bd/ (Cox's Bazar Pourashava). PRIVACY, PLAINLY No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No account. The only thing that leaves your phone is the report you press Send on: category, description, place, photos, and your name, phone and address only if you typed them. Reports on the phone are encrypted with a key held by the phone's own security hardware. Location is used once, only when you tap "Use my location", and is never attached to a report.
