SmartSIPのご利用には、株式会社プロディライトが提供するクラウド電話サービスのご契約が必要です。 本アプリは推奨通信環境として「キャリアSIMの4G接続」を推奨しています。 Wi-Fiでは電波強度、電波干渉などにより通話・動作が不安定になることが確認されています。 また5Gをご利用の場合、5Gと4Gの切り替わりが発生すると通話に影響がでます。 切り替わりが頻発する場合には端末設定にて4G固定でご利用されることをおすすめします。 デバイスの連絡先を連携する場合、端末の性能および連絡先件数によっては動作・通話に影響がでる場合があります。 その場合は以下のいずれかの対応が必要です。 ・連絡先の件数を減らす（2,500件以内） ・連絡先との連携を解除する 【Androidの場合の解除方法】 ※機種によって異なる可能性があります 設定→アプリ→すべてのアプリ→SmartSIP→権限→連絡先→許可しない ＜主な特徴＞ 〇プロビジョニング機能 SIPソフトフォンにありがちな面倒な設定は不要。 IDとPasswordで認証することができ、 簡単にIP電話をお使いいただけます。 〇プッシュ通知 バックグラウンドアプリケーションへのサポートにより、 アプリを閉じていても、着信可能。 また、ほかのアプリ使用時も着信できます。 〇BYOD対応 スマホの2台持ちは不要。1台のスマホで公私分計が可能になります。 〇スマホの内線化 内線間の通話はもちろん、内線番号での発着信が可能。 会社の内線電話を持ち出す感覚で使えます。 ■緊急通報 本アプリは、緊急通報をネイティブの携帯ダイヤラーにリダイレクトする機能を備えていますが、 この機能は当社が管理できない携帯電話のOSに依存しており、また随時変更される可能性があります。 このため緊急通報の発信、通話、援助を目的に設計されておらず、こういった使用はできません。 株式会社プロディライトは、緊急通報を目的とするソフトウェアの使用から直接・間接的に生じた損害賠償、損失に対して一切の責任を負いません。
