ProCar Driver is the shift app for chauffeurs and coach drivers working with Pro Bus & Car Luxury Touring, a private transport operator in Limerick, Ireland. You need a driver account from our office to sign in. There is no public sign-up. What you can do: • Clock in and see your day: pickups, passengers, flight numbers and notes in one list. • Open a job for the route, the passenger's details and the office notes. • Jobs move to On Route and Arrived by themselves as you drive, so the phone can stay in the cradle. • Complete the vehicle check before each shift, with photos. • Report a defect or an accident with photos, and it reaches the office straight away. • Take a photo of cash receipts for expenses. • Passengers sign on your screen. • See your hours, overtime and pay for the period on your profile. • Print or share the run sheet for the day. • Training modules and tutorials in the app. Location is shared with dispatch only between Clock In and Clock Out, including while the screen is locked, so the office can see the car and passengers get a live arrival time. Nothing is collected off shift. The app shows the tracking state on the Clock screen at all times.
